COVID-19 Procedures (as of May 17, 2021):

The EDHC will be strictly following the MN Department of Health (MDH) rules and Minnesota Hockey Guidelines.

  • Spectators, Players, and coaches who have been vaccinated will be allowed to enter without masks.
  • Players will be admitted 20 minutes before their ice time.
  • Players will have locker rooms.
  • Once the game or practice is complete teams must exit out the players door following the arrows to exit the building through the players door within 15 minutes.
  • Spectators will be admitted 5 minutes before games time 4
  • Spectators per player kids are not counted in that but must be always sitting with parents in the bleachers.
  • Social distancing still is required.
  • Animals are not allowed unless they are a licensed service dog.
  • We cannot allow congregating in the lobby.
  • Bathrooms on the mezzanine are open for the public.
  • At the end of the game spectators will exit the South west stairs on the mezzanine. Please Follow the exit signs.

  • 2 Spectators per player.
  • Children under 18 are allowed. They need to be seated next to their accompanied guardian for the entirety of the game. If children are caught running around the arena, the guardian and children will be asked to leave the arena immediately. Children do not count towards the 2 spectator per player restriction.
  • No Bags, only a small bag for personal items, needs to fit under a chair.
  • Players need to arrive dressed 15 minutes before game/practice start.
  • Goalies should arrive partially dressed.

COVID-19 Procedures (as of May 19, 2021):

1. We do not require masks in the arena, however, we recommend following CDC guidelines that those who have not been vaccinated continue to wear a mask and social distance.
2. If you are sick in anyway, please stay home
3. Enter the main doors and go through the arena to access locker rooms.
4. Locker rooms are now open but teams are asked to limit their time in the locker rooms to
20-30 min before and after ice time.
5. Spectators are not limited but, and are asked to spread out
6. Spectators will be allowed to watch sessions in the arena. Lobby will not be open for viewing.
7. Concessions will be closed.
8. Dryland area is closed until further notice.
9. Please bring your own water bottles. The fountain near the locker-rooms will be available for filling purposes.
10. Other items while at the rink.
    a. No spitting on the floors.
    b. If you forget to bring equipment, we will not be able to provide replacement equipment to use.

Douglas County Department of Health and Human Services has approved us to allow players to get dressed inside the building if people follow the rules listed above. One person or group that does not comply could affect everyone
